New in 2019, the Wellness Room is available to all members of the IU community as well as visitors to campus. Features include:
- a comfortable chair,
- small table,
- a large countertop and sink,
- dimmable lighting,
- a locking door,
- and electrical outlets.
A private space for short health & wellness breaks
Recommended Use
Examples include (but are not limited to):
- Meditation
- Migraine relief
- Nursing or use of a breast pump
- Rest needed while recovering from non-contagious illnesses
- Solitude during episodes of anxiety or panic
- Spiritual Practices
- Yoga
Hours & Location
- Location: Hayes Hall, room 137
- Hours: available during normal campus hours.
Currently, the room is not available for scheduling.
How to access
The Wellness Room is available for use whenever campus is open.
If the door lock reads 'OCCUPIED', check back at a later time.
